A fruit dish that's great for breakfast or a snack.

  • 3 apples
  • 1-2 oranges
  • 2 bananas

Optional Fruit: strawberries, grapes, raspberries, kiwi, pears, plums, peaches, etc.

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • plain yogurt 1/4-1/2 cup per serving


  • Dice the apples and oranges and place in a large bowl. Cut the bananas into slices and put in the bowl as well. Add other fruit of choice, cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add oatmeal and stir to coat fruit.
  • Serve by the scoop into smaller bowls with a spoonful or two of yogurt.
